Outlook 2007 "mso.dll" causing app crash

I have a user, whose Outlook would crash whenever she saves an email before sending it out. I've tried repairing outlook, recreating profile, moving the mso.dll, but to no avail. Issue persist even when I've disconnected the PC from the network, as advised by some of the users here to see if it was an Exchange issue. Disable addins and running in safe mode, issue still persisting.

Could someone shed some light on this issue? At this point I'm considering re-imaging the PC. :(

Hi,

Please try a clean boot:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

A clean boot helps determine whether background programs are interfering with Outlook, check if then the issue persists and possibly find the one causes the problem.
